When you submit a consultation request, your details are transmitted through an email delivery service to our business inbox. The submission includes the date and time of your request. Your enquiry is processed by the providers involved in delivering and storing the message. We also receive information when you email, call or message us directly.
Providers that host and deliver this website may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and request details, to display pages, maintain availability and protect the service. This information is separate from the details you choose to include in a consultation request.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your enquiry or consultation request;
- prepare for and conduct consultations, proposals and quotations;

With your permission, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google through our Firebase project, to understand how many people visit this website, which pages they view, how they found us and roughly where they are. It sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. It loads only if you select "Accept" in the notice shown on your first visit. If you select "Decline", it is not loaded. We do not use advertising cookies.

Our hosting provider may retain server access logs containing IP addresses, request times, requested pages or files, browser information and response status. These logs support website delivery, security and troubleshooting and may be used to review aggregate website activity. Requests can include automated traffic and do not provide an exact count of individual visitors.

Information that is no longer required is deleted.
